Flavours that transport your senses

A breath of fresh air where the design is matched by the vibrant menu

Under its monumental stained glass dome designed by the famed Gustave Eiffel, the restaurant of the Hotel Vernet is devoted to the pleasures of the senses. The kitchen is visibly accessible through a large window, creating discrete and uninterrupted activity.  The eye is drawn around the room, attracted by the many original works of art from contemporary artists, as if wondering in a true Parisian collectors’ residence.

On the plates, only simplicity and the precision of taste are to be found. The dishes, designed by our Executive Chef Richard Robe highlight the origin and quality of the chosen ingredients, selected to the highest standards.

Stimulate, amaze and surprise the taste buds by creating innovating combinations of exquisite flavours, remembering childhood memories through forgotten recipes, to build a menu like writing a travel log, reinventing in order to rediscover the best of traditional French and international cuisine, such is the mission of the V, the restaurant of the Vernet.

The Bar & Lounge

Light and shimmering, the bar of the Hotel Vernet offers an atmosphere, which is intimate, and as light as the sparkle of a champagne glass.the materials are noble, such as the virgin white Carrera marble counter, which with it’s rounded edges seems to be floating.

The ceiling is covered with a fresco, painted by internationally celebrated Jean-Michel Aberola, which seems to be reflecting the dynamics of the carpets designed by the same artist.

The spirit of the place is tangible, surprise and seduces the Parisian and International clientele with the utmost sophistication, whether it be for a drink or a meal.
